By navigating, authenticating, or executing operations on zeyvest (“the Platform”), you constitute a legally binding agreement with our infrastructure. If you dissent from any segment of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from allocating an account or pinging our services.
2. Platform Execution & Scope
Zeyvest operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture, specifically provisioning institutional-grade quantitative portfolio tracking. We supply the calculative engine, user interfaces, and automated algorithmic tracking required to document user-defined capital allocations manually injected into the ecosystem.
3. Non-Financial Advice Disclaimer
Critical Designation: Zeyvest is purely an algorithmic tracking utility. We are NOT registered broker-dealers, investment advisers, or tax professionals in any global jurisdiction. Nothing surfaced on the application, including automatically generated "Strategy Blueprints" or fundamental P&L analytics, should be construed as actionable investment counsel, solicitations, or recommendations to buy/sell securities.
Users operate inside markets entirely at their own risk thresholds. We unequivocally disclaim liability for any fiscal drawdowns incurred based on data ingested from our dashboard.
4. API Integrity & Market Feeds
Our live-pricing pipelines interface with third-party upstream providers (such as the Colombo Stock Exchange). While we employ robust edge architectures to minimize latency:
- We offer absolutely zero warranties regarding the uptime, exact temporal accuracy, or absence of localized cache errors in live market feeds.
- Pricing vectors may experience delays during periods of extreme systemic market volatility.
5. Account Security Mandates
You maintain ultimate liability for the sanctity of the authentication payloads related to your instance. Zeyvest utilizes enterprise Supabase Auth vectors; however, if your operational security is breached on an endpoint level (stolen password), Zeyvest cannot be held accountable for resultant data exposure or destructive queries passed onto your portfolio arrays.
6. Prohibited Operational Conduct
Interfacing with our network enforces strict operational guardrails. Engaging in the following immediately invokes a system-wide permanent ban:
- Automated Harvesting: Deploying scrapers, headless browsers, or aggressive concurrent scripts designed to siphon our aggregated API data.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, bypass our Next.js edge routing, or decrypt Row-Level Security parameters.
- DDoS Implementation: Executing repetitive server pings or executing maliciously large payload uploads specifically targeted to destabilize server availability.
7. Intellectual Property Sanctity
All intrinsic design modules, frontend CSS architectures, raw component repositories, localized branding marks, and algorithmic source code belong entirely to Zeyvest. The provision of your account grants you a non-exclusive, terminable license to interface with the product; it grants you zero proprietary stakes in our IP.
8. Account Termination Prerogative
We maintain absolute, unquestioned latitude to suspend or physically eradicate your account clusters, without prior authorization or notification, for identified violations of this Terms framework or associated suspicion of malicious abuse.
9. General Limitation of Liability
In no legal configuration shall Zeyvest, its operational engineers, directors, or sub-processors be liable for subsequent indirect, incidental, punitive, or capital-destroying damages surfacing from your active reliance on the software platforms. Utilizing Zeyvest means accepting the software inherently "as-is".
10. Governing Jurisdiction
These execution protocols are structurally governed and enforced in harmony with the laws formulated within the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any arbitration vectors will natively map to venues situated explicitly within Sri Lankan state boundaries.
